Job Requirements SPM/Diploma/Degree. Can speak in English and Mandarin. (Can understand the traditional mandarin). 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or support environment). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using multiple systems and applications.
