- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Familiarity with current HR practices, the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other statutory employment requirements.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong commitment to efficient HR management and employee satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly.
- Identify, source, and arrange training courses to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Maintain and update HR-related records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Review and improve existing processes, workflows, and documentation to boost productivity.
- Manage various administrative tasks including IT-related matters, clinic licenses, employee insurance, uniforms, building maintenance, stationery, and miscellaneous purchases.
- Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws.
- Handle any additional duties assigned by superiors and management.
