- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 -8 years of HR and admin experience with hands-on immigration and labor law and ESD system exposure.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, immigration processes, and statutory regulations.
- Experience liaising with government departments such as JTKSM, JIM (Immigration), MOHR, and other relevant bodies.
- Proficient in HR software and payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and filing systems.
- Advise management on employment law and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws.
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Ensure proper exit management, including clearance and final settlement.
- Develop and update HR policies in line with the latest employment regulations.
- Manage all matters related to expatriate and foreign worker employment, including application and renewal of work permits, employment passes, and visit passes.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, Ministry of Human Resources, and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Immigration Act, and relevant labor ordinances.
- Monitor changes in labor and immigration laws and advise management on necessary updates.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities on foreign worker status and employment activities.
- Oversee general office administration including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance, insurance, and vendor management.
- Organize corporate events, trainings, and welfare activities.
- Monitor admin budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Manage official correspondences and ensure proper documentation.
