Position: Trade Marketing Manager Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop category trade strategies to achieve defined business goals. Drive NPD with channel strategy in collaborates with marketing developing launch deck, category selling story, 360 trade plan, product listing information, samples and exclusive activation. Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company&aposs market position through our customers and their retail floors. Owning the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and shopper engagement, in deliver sell out. Improve processes from planning to execution for Marketing plans/activation to trade plan. Drive promotion effectiveness with ROI evaluation for customized plan/activation Requirements: Degree in Marketing or equivalent Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines.
