RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) commercial Current Accounts (CAs) and driving NTB total deposit growth within the commercial segment. Actively hunt for NTB clients to expand the customer base. Manage relationships with commercial clients with average daily balances (ADB), focusing on deepening engagement and understanding client needs. Collaborate with Customer Banking Centers (CBC) and branches to onboard cash management solutions, enhancing service offerings to commercial clients. REQUIREMENTS: Proven track record in client acquisition and business development in banking or financial services. Experience in managing and growing deposit portfolios. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
