Business Development Hunter - Software as a Solution (SaaS) - HR/Payroll Solutions ???? Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia ???? Salary: RM5,500 - RM8,000 + uncapped commissions About the Role On behalf of our client, we are seeking a driven hunter with proven experience selling HR and payroll software solutions (or similar SaaS platforms). You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, winning new accounts, and driving revenue across SMEs, mid-corp, and corporates. This is not a farmer role - you will be actively prospecting, pitching, and closing deals in a high-growth technology sector. What You'll Do Prospect and secure new business across SMEs, mid-corp, and corporate segments Sell cloud-based HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions to decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, CFOs, CEOs) Conduct product demos, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate contracts Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools Keep abreast of competitor offerings and HR/payroll industry trends Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver the right solutions for clients What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in HR, payroll, or workforce management software Strong hunter mindset with a track record of consistently winning new business Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to identify and approach decision-makers in HR and finance departments Fluent in English and Mandarin (required) Comfortable with a target-driven environment and willing to travel within Malaysia for client meetings Why This Role Attractive base salary RM5,500 - RM8,000 + uncapped commissions Prime KL Sentral office location Join a dynamic and high-growth tech sales environment Direct impact on business expansion with strong career growth opportunities Show more Show less
