Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain consumer credit policies and strategies to manage credit risk across consumer financing products. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend policy adjustments to optimize risk-reward trade-offs and pre-empt any potential broadening of credit deterioration. Collaborate with portfolio analytics and product teams to design and support credit strategies initiative. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. Conduct regular reviews of credit policy effectiveness and ensure all relevant credit policies guidelines & manuals are updated timely and accurately. Preparation of credit risk updates to stakeholders including local management, Group office and regulators where required. To actively participate in and manage credit risk related projects. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related disciplines. Processional credit certification would be an added advantage. 5-10 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in consumer banking. Strong understanding of credit risk principles and consumer financing products. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and frameworks.
