  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with team management (cross-border experience is an advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
Tanggungjawab
  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting across group entities.
  • Manage company cash flow, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Handle cross-country and multi-branch transactions.
  • Lead the finance team including recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of full sets of accounts and monthly closings.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; conduct finance meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and workflow.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, partners) to ensure proper billing and collection.
  • Implement and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the Managing Director with financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance and business-related assignments as required.
