- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with team management (cross-border experience is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting across group entities.
- Manage company cash flow, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Handle cross-country and multi-branch transactions.
- Lead the finance team including recruitment, training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of full sets of accounts and monthly closings.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; conduct finance meetings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and workflow.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, partners) to ensure proper billing and collection.
- Implement and improve SOPs to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support the Managing Director with financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and business-related assignments as required.
