Account & Finance Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations in Malaysia.
• Proven experience in managing account reconciliations, invoicing processes, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Additional duties as directed by management.
