Job Purpose: Ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the ELSA Subsurface Business Unit and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy working alongside Manager of Subsurface Unit. The ultimate goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Job Roles/Responsibilities: Develop a strong technical understanding of ELSA Subsurface's Products and Services and ability to pitch to client at high level the offerings. Ownership of the sales tools developed to keep track of sales pipeline and BD mapping created for continuous engagement with clients and reporting to Business Unit Manager of the sales activity carried out. Keep track of all Bidding/Proposal activities such as Invitation to Bid (ITB), Market Survey, Screening Exercise and ensure the Proposal team submits to clients as per dateline. Plan out key strategies with the Business Unit Manager on securing all negotiation/high potential businesses. Work with Business Unit Manager to identify maximum sales market potential across all clients and plan out strategies to move the market potential to sales pipeline and opportunities. Lead the business unit marketing activities and attempt to increase client awareness on the product and services. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and work alongside business unit manager for presentation of products/services. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Build a strong relationship with all principals/partners/vendors to market and capability to represent their products/services. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Demonstrate leadership exemplary in developing entry level staff on importance of sales and business development for the business unit. Participate in all Company's HSE activities and always uphold strong HSE culture in all work/activities carried out Job Requirement: Preferably degree/diploma in Petroleum Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering Having minimum 2 years' experience in sales and business development roles prior in any Upstream service providers (CONTRACTORS). Experience handling Subsurface Solutions ie; GGRE Consultancy, Seismic Processing, Seismic/Non-Seismic Acquisition, Geophysics QAQC, Seismic Quantitative Interpretation is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office suites
