A well established developer with great track record in its development is seeking to enhance on that journey, seeking for more suitable land to develop. As they grow bigger in the market, they are now seeking for a Business Development, Senior Executive to join the team.
...about the job * Conducting market research to identify potential areas for business growth and development. Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Developing strategies to penetrate new markets, attract clients, and expand the company's property portfolio. Creating business plans and setting goals aligned with the company's objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders. Negotiating and closing deals to acquire or sell properties/ land banks.
- Assessing financial feasibility, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and preparing budgets for new projects or business ventures. Monitoring expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Degree holder in Valuation/ Architecture/ Real Estate or equivalent qualifications
- 3 years working experience in the relevant industry
- Result driven and a great team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around
