- Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project sales, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships, securing repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of commercial project lifecycles, from initial bidding and negotiation to final execution and handover.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing profitability.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Petaling Jaya market and a network of contacts within the construction and building industry is highly desirable.
- Identify and pursue new commercial project sales opportunities within the construction and building sector, leveraging the company's 10+ years of experience and portfolio of 300+ completed projects.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial projects, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage and nurture client relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and consultants, to secure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition for commercial projects.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with the company's financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
