- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project consultants to ensure product specifications are successfully converted into sales opportunities.
- Build client trust by understanding their needs, offering tailored support, and delivering consistent service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement to secure sales.
- Generate and submit detailed sales reports to provide insights on project follow-ups, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams-including specification, sales administration, and technical departments-to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet site requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and design support to customers, addressing specific project needs and ensuring compliance with product standards.
- Respond to technical inquiries, supplying accurate information to reinforce product reliability and performance.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts for private sector projects in the Central and Northern regions, working closely with consultants and contractors.
- Identify and recommend potential clients for direct accounts, distributors, or dealers to expand market reach.
- Stay current with industry knowledge by attending relevant workshops, building professional networks, and participating in industry associations.
- Achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's overall success.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective client communication to manage expectations and satisfaction.
- A degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Possesses 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
- Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Confident in delivering product presentations and interacting with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
