Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven professional to achieve assigned sales targets across our full range of products, solutions, and services. The role focuses on delivering service excellence, building strong customer relationships, and creating new business opportunities to ensure company profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company. Promote the company's full range of products, solutions and services to existing and potential clients. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and follow-up activities. Customer Engagement & Account Management Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct requirement analysis to recommend improvements aligned with clients' strategic goals. Maintain systematic account coverage and update sales activities in SAP for tracking and reporting. Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company credit terms. Collaboration & Solution Delivery Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams and business partners to deliver complete solutions that meet customer requirements. Support RFP submissions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery. Assist implementation teams to align project execution with customer objectives. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and PDCA reports for continuous improvement. Adhere to corporate governance requirements, compliance processes and company policies. Requirements Bachelor Degree in IT related field. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (liaise with our Mandarin speaking counterparts) Microsoft Office proficiency Proven track record in IT solutions sales, account management or business development. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems or similar tools will be an added advantage. WHY KONICA MINOLTA We provide product and soft skill training.
