Project Executive

• To assist in project procurement, productivity, profitability in helping company to reach goals and objectives.
• Project documentation and project filing to all online sharing and offline platforms as per required
• Ensuring that the files in the onboarding pack and online sharing platforms are up to date
• Support in the Purchase Order requisition process
• To prepare formal project progress and other reports includes but not limited to weekly progress report, master schedule, risk register and audit documentation tracker
• Supports in the preparation of the project execution plan
• Liaise closely with the local project teams to obtain the information that is required
• Ensure that the local project teams are aligned and accountable with the reporting information
• To attend meetings and draft minutes if necessary
• Support the physical closure process of the projects
• Liaise with project compliance coordinator to ensure all compliance documents are provided for project closure
• Ad hoc duties as per assigned
• Wages preparation and compilation
