Job Description Liaise with Senior Management and coordinate all office activities to ensure smooth operations. Execute instructions from the President to Senior Management and follow up closely on progress, especially for project-based activities. Summarize reports from Senior Management to provide concise and time-saving updates to the President. Organize and manage travel plans and itinerary arrangements for the President. Conduct research and study product-related materials relevant to the company's business; prepare findings and brief the President. Assist with personal errands and assignments as delegated by the President. Ensure that all meetings are well-coordinated and that attendees are punctual. Take accurate and timely minutes of meetings. Handle administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the President. Accompany the President to events, meetings, and business trips locally, outstation, or overseas when necessary. Willing to work beyond normal working hours as and when required. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the President from time to time. Job Requirements Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Aeronautical, or Computer Hardware Engineering. Languages Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin/Chinese (Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage) Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably as a Personal Assistant to Top Management.
