- Provide direct administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Head of Sales Success BU.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Track progress of Sales Success BU initiatives, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and Lark automation to speed up daily work and improve efficiency.
- Support data analysis, performance tracking, and preparation of dashboards/reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, SEO, Product, HR) to ensure alignment.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and coordinating BU training programs.
- Prepare communication materials and present in front of internal or external audiences as part of BU PR/representation.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, solve problems independently, and support BU leaders in execution.
- Be part of a fast-growing Sales Success BU that drives revenue and strategy for the company.
- Work directly with senior leadership and gain first-hand exposure to strategy, execution, and performance management.
