We are looking for a Sales Marketing Assistant to support our CEO in driving business growth, following up with potential clients, and keeping projects on track. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the exciting AI technology industry. Responsibilities Sales Support & Client Management Assist in managing the full sales cycle-from lead follow-up to post-sales engagement. Maintain regular communication with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups. Prepare and update sales documents, proposals, and presentations. Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities. Assist in account management, ensuring existing clients are satisfied and identifying upsell opportunities. Project Coordination Follow up with internal teams to track project progress. Assist in preparing simple project updates and reports. Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Personal Assistance Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments. Assist with meeting preparations, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Provide general administrative support. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage). Organized, responsible, and able to follow up tasks consistently. Willing to learn about AI, technology, and business processes. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
