- Managing APDL approval processes and related authority liaison tasks.
- Develop marketing strategies for both newly launched and existing projects.
- Oversee sales agent appointments and monitor their progress in achieving sales KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales update reports to Management.
- Conduct market research on competitors' pricing, products, and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate closely with the Project team on matters related to product launches, packaging, and other related aspects.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Admin team on purchaser-related matters.
- Present ideas and plans to Management for effective and feasible sales and marketing events/activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing in property development.
- Experience in management and leadership to oversee effectively and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong network industry with agents, bankers, vendors and other stakeholders.
