We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to the Board of Directors to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This position requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the Board of Directors' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary liaison between the Board, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and other confidential documentation. Coordinate Board meetings, including logistics, follow-ups, and distribution of materials. Ensure timely communication and follow-through on Board decisions and directives. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Provide general administrative support and assist in special projects as required. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management/Board members. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
