Description Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings Able to research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on student preferences, budget, and requirements Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong client relationships Stay updated with market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
