Job Responsibility Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives. Manage and maintain the company&aposs social media presence on platforms relevant to the Mandarin-speaking market, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, and email templates, utilizing basic design skills and adhering to brand guidelines. Translate and adapt marketing content from English to Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic quality. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the Mandarin-speaking digital landscape. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. Job Requirements Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and markets. Basic design skills, including familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark), to create visually appealing marketing materials. Solid understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts. Ability to create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
