Our team combines creativity with strategy to help clients stand out in today's competitive market. Role Description We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our creative team. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content for multiple brands, while also supporting digital marketing campaigns such as performance marketing and ad management. You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across various platforms - primarily Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn - and ensure our clients' social presence drives measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Social Media (Primary Scope) Develop, plan, and manage monthly content calendars for clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, etc.). Write engaging captions and propose creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign goals. Oversee the creation of static posts, videos, Reels, TikTok content, and other social formats. Manage community engagement - respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build relationships and brand trust. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content relevant and innovative. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with clients to align social media activities with seasonal, quarterly, and campaign objectives. Audit and optimize social media accounts to improve audience reach, engagement, and conversions. Digital Marketing (Secondary Scope) Support performance marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display/Video, and other paid channels. Assist in campaign planning, from audience targeting and ad creative briefing to optimization and reporting. Work with the performance marketing team to analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Similarweb) to track performance and provide insights. Contribute to the development of integrated digital marketing strategies combining organic and paid efforts. Qualification & Skills Required: Required minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields. Bachelor&aposs degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field. Experience in writing engaging ad copy. Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team. Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
