We're seeking a creative and performance-driven Content Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating and executing compelling content strategies across social media, blogs, email, and other channels-helping us elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth in the rapidly evolving fintech and blockchain space. What you&aposll do: Develop and manage a cross-channel content calendar aligned with marketing and product goals. Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content including blogs, web pages, newsletters, press releases, and more. Run and grow dtcpay's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok), with a focus on engagement and brand voice. Translate complex blockchain and fintech topics into accessible, user-friendly language for diverse audiences. Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams to support product launches, campaigns, and key business initiatives. Monitor and report on key content and social media KPIs; continuously optimize based on performance insights. Lead influencer/KOL partnerships and community-building initiatives within the crypto and Web3 space. Contribute to email marketing and CRM content that drives engagement and retention. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital communications-ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a passion for turning complex topics into engaging content. Solid understanding of social media platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot). Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and performance reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment. Bonus: Experience working with blockchain/Web3 products or writing for a B2B fintech audience.
