Job Responsibility Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, with a focus on the Mandarin-speaking market. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our financial education programs in Mandarin and English. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to close deals. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise, staying up-to-date on the latest financial trends and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the Mandarin-speaking community. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the sales manager. Job Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification. Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and deliver compelling sales presentations. Demonstrated ability or willingness to learn sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and business development principles through provided training. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings. Willingness to participate in provided training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
