Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns targeting the Mandarin-speaking market. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
