
Customer Service Executive

- Minimum SPM / UEC qualification; a college degree is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin (for Taiwan support) or Cantonese (for Hong Kong support), with proficient English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to users at all levels of technical proficiency
- Experience or familiarity with digital content, mobile store, or hardware products is a plus
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries on products and services
- Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and service quality
- Identify opportunities for service and process enhancements
- Participate in ongoing product and procedural training
- Support and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Background in IT/BPO industry
- Basic server knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with tools such as PSR, Fiddler, and Process Monitor is a plus
