  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to enhance productivity and motivation.

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of profit and loss, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize time effectively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills as an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
