- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively build new partnerships, with a focus on the East Coast region.
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends to recommend strategies that enhance the company's competitiveness.
- Self-driven, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Capable of executing sales plans that align with company objectives and adapt to market dynamics.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in identifying growth opportunities, both through new customer acquisition and expansion within the existing client base.
- Highly disciplined, with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong relationship management and client engagement capabilities.
- Industry Experience: FMCG, Retail Sales, General Trade
- Minimum educational background - SPM or equivalent
- Active Drivers License
- Good in communication skills.
- Minimum 2 year sales working experience in FMCG line
