- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online sales platforms (lazada, shopee, company official website), ensuring product listings are up-to-date and optimized for search.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Actively source new clients and business opportunities, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
- Actively promote and sell company products to retailers, cafes, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or deliveries.
