Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation of subsidiaries at the group level, with a proven track record in managing financial reporting, compliance, and strategic oversight for multi-entity structures. This role is particularly suited for a senior finance professional who is looking for a flexible arrangement while contributing at a high level. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage consolidation of financial statements across multiple subsidiaries at the group level. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS). Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for group reporting. Review and streamline financial processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities where necessary. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Mentor and provide guidance to the local finance team. Requirements Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) is required. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in consolidation at the group level. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across subsidiaries. Prior experience in regional or multinational groups will be an advantage. Work Arrangement Part-time role (approx. 2-3 days per week, flexible scheduling).
