
Senior Manager, Group Finance Reporting

- Perform monthly forecast consolidation for the ASEAN region, providing valuable insights and commentary
- Support annual budget preparation and three-year planning (3YP) financial data for the ASEAN region
- Consolidate financial results and prepare accurate, timely regional financial reports
- Monitor and manage all ASEAN indirect regional costs
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize reporting across ASEAN
- Oversee ASEAN treasury and cash flow matters, working closely with Group Treasury
- Serve as key contact person with Group Tax to coordinate and ensure timely implementation of all intercompany agreements
- Act as ASEAN focal point with Asia Shared Service Centre (ASSC) to coordinate and provide constructive feedback on processes and month-end closing procedures
- Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely submission of reporting packs
- Facilitate and assume a pivotal role in Informa Long Range Planning (LRP) and stewardship of finance strategies
- Fulfil reporting requirements as requested by Group Finance
- Liaise with ASSC Hong Kong for all month-end reporting requirements
- Escalate non-conformance or findings in a timely manner
- Provide support for Internal Audit activities and queries
- Demonstrate robust understanding and enforcement of Delegated Authority
- Ensure adherence to and enforcement of Group Policies (Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Legal)
- Professional qualification required (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MICPA)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin capability required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance Business, Corporate Finance, and system implementation within a multinational work environment
- Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and analysis tools to provide commercial insight.
- Proven track record in driving changes, formulating, and championing improvement programs
- Solution-driven individual capable of thinking outside the box while being willing to dive into details
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with colleagues of different cultures and across organizational hierarchy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- This position reports to the ASEAN Regional Finance Director and works closely with country finance teams, Group Finance, Group Tax, and the Asia Shared Service Centre.
