- Repair & Debug Probe Card: Perform in-depth troubleshooting and repair on advanced probe cards using diagnostic tools to ensure they meet stringent electrical and mechanical specifications.
- Probe Pin Replacement: Execute precise and delicate probe pin replacement and alignment to restore the functionality and accuracy of probe cards.
- PCB & Electric Diagram Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware failures down to the component level by reading and interpreting PCB layouts and electric diagrams.
- Hardware Inventory Experience: Manage and maintain an organised inventory of spare parts, components, and tools, ensuring the availability of necessary hardware for timely repairs.
- Collaborate with wafer sort and process engineers to analyse test data and identify root causes of hardware-related issues.
- Document all repair activities, modifications, and inventory movements to maintain a detailed repair history.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the durability and performance of wafer sort hardware
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Proven hands-on experience in repairing and debugging semiconductor probe cards.
- Expertise in probe pin replacement and alignment techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot circuit boards using electrical diagrams and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Demonstrated experience with hardware inventory management.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with internal and external teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment.
- Familiarity with various types of probe card technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
