- Develop and debug new test programs for wafer sort, ensuring they accurately and efficiently screen for defective dies.
- Operate, maintain, and optimise Advantest V93k testers to support production and engineering requirements.
- Utilise Linux programming and scripting for test program development, data extraction, analysis, and automation of tasks.
- Perform Lot Disposition & Yield analytics, identifying root causes for yield loss and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with design and process engineering teams.
- Monitor test program stability and make necessary adjustments to prevent quality excursions.
- Analyse test data to identify trends, improve test coverage, and reduce overall test time.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve product quality issues and support new product introduction (NPI).
- Document test methodologies, procedures, and engineering changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product or Test Engineer in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on wafer sort.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest V93k testers.
- Proficiency in Linux command-line environment and scripting (e.g., Python, Perl, Shell).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in yield analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
- Solid understanding of test program development and debug processes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics and device operation.
- Experience with other test platforms or data analysis software.
