Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia. Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam. They join The Arnott's Group's portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia. Position based in Bangsar South. Job Responsibilities: a) In-Store Execution Implement and oversee the execution of the 5P strategy in-store to drive brand objectives across the path to purchase. Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, promotion, and presentation to maximize consumer engagement and sales. b) Campaign Execution Coordinate and track the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, POS materials, and trade events. Drive consumer engagement and sales through effective campaign management and execution. c) Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to provide trade marketing support that enables retail teams to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and distribute sales tools and materials to enhance sales efforts. d) Performance Reporting Analyze the performance of trade marketing activities and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns. e) Collaboration with Other Teams Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals and customer needs. f) Competitor Activities Monitor and collate information on competitor activities and market intelligence. Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, demonstrating an ability to understand sales and trade marketing operations. Proven experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
