This is a pivotal role for candidates with a passion for building brand presence and sales impact at the point of purchase. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement annual and quarterly trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives Craft compelling customer sell-in decks and trade presentations for internal and external stakeholders Execute trade promotions and consumer activation programs with precision and impact Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution Manage in-store visibility , merchandising standards, and timely POSM deployment Track and report on trade spend effectiveness, ROI , and actionable insights for continuous improvement What We're Looking For: A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in FMCG trade marketing or channel marketing Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen to turn data into opportunity Understanding of retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and channel nuances Ability to convert brand direction into channel-specific go-to-market strategies A collaborative spirit with excellent stakeholder management skills Bonus if you have: Experience handling modern trade and general trade channels Exposure to brand activation, distributor management , or shopper insights Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting , and category development Show more Show less
