Job Responsibility Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries from Taiwanese customers via calls, emails, or chat. Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Follow up on unresolved issues or pending requests in a timely manner. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Follow company and client-specific guidelines, especially for regulated products. Job Requirements Taiwanese Native. Can speak in Mandarin and English. Have the experience in Customer Service in call center. Willing to relocate work in George Town, Pulau Pinang.
