- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
- Comfortable working onsite at One Precinct, Bayan Baru, Penang.
- Previous customer service or customer success experience is an added advantage.
- Provide professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure customer success.
- Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and share feedback with the team.
- Ensure all interactions meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
