Job Purpose To support the Group Operations Division in ensuring effective operational planning, control, and governance by embedding risk and compliance considerations into daily operations, process improvements, and policy development. The role ensures operational standards are upheld, deviations are addressed promptly, and internal controls are continuously strengthened to support business efficiency and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities Operational Governance & Planning Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks for the Division/Department. Integrate risk and compliance requirements into operational planning to ensure sustainable and efficient service delivery. Performance Monitoring & Control Track and monitor operational activities to identify deviations from established processes, policies, and service standards. Recommend and implement corrective or preventive actions to address process gaps and inefficiencies. Policy & Process Enhancement Review, update, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness. Risk & Compliance Integration Incorporate anti-bribery, corruption, and other compliance requirements into operational control measures. Coordinate risk assessments and provide recommendations to strengthen controls within operational processes. Audit & Regulatory Support Support internal and external audits by ensuring operational documentation and processes meet audit and regulatory expectations. Provide input and follow-up on audit findings, ensuring timely remediation. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management Act as the focal point for governance-related communication within the Division/Department. Serve as a Change Champion, promoting operational discipline, governance culture, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualification Diploma or Degree in Banking / Business Administration. Additional qualification in Islamic Banking is preferred. Experience Minimum 12 Years of Experience ranging from various functions in banking operations. Show more Show less
