- Oversee continuous improvement efforts, strengthen shared services, and streamline operational integration across the Group.
- Serve as the Centre of Excellence (COE) for policy execution and compliance oversight.
- Ensure project management, procurement, and IT strategies are aligned with business goals and risk management frameworks.
- Lead the preparation of performance reports, KPI dashboards, and operational audits for executive review.
- Develop and implement policies that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and minimize inefficiencies.
- Encourage a culture of data-driven innovation consistent.
- Offer strategic direction on project execution, covering all phases from costing to commissioning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Oversee infrastructure proposal evaluations to ensure both commercial and technical feasibility.
- Enhance centralized procurement efficiency and uphold compliance with organizational policies.
- Drive vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to maximize value creation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the design and implementation of the Group’s IT roadmap to support business objectives.
- Maintain high system performance, ensure cybersecurity resilience, and oversee IT project outcomes.
- Position IT as a key enabler of innovation, business continuity, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist in business development initiatives through cost estimation, proposal drafting, and technical review.
- Act as the Operations Division representative in cross-departmental collaborations, Board reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 25 years’ experience in operations, engineering, or project delivery, with proven leadership in team management and budget oversight. Experience in procurement, IT, and compliance governance is required.
- Proven expertise in strategic operations planning and end-to-end project lifecycle management.
- Strong background in procurement, contract governance, and budget control, with ability to conduct performance analysis.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, systems oversight, policy development, and process mapping to support business objectives.
- Solid knowledge of risk management, compliance oversight, and regulatory governance.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder negotiation, influence, and high-level decision-making under complexity.
- Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and driving change and innovation management.
- High level of emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and interpersonal effectiveness in managing cross-functional and external relationships.
- Shows courage and sound judgment in strategic decisions related to operations, risks, and investments.
- Promotes teamwork and a culture of trust, collaboration, and collective achievement throughout the organization.
