About the role As the Technical Sales Manager at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company&aposs sales strategy and strengthening relationships with key clients. In this full-time position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify new business opportunities and ensure the continued success of existing accounts. What you&aposll be doing Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their needs Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into effective sales proposals Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts through regular communication and exceptional customer service Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve Contribute to the overall sales planning and forecasting process to support the company&aposs growth objectives Providing Support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction, which may involve resolving issues, answering queries, and facilitating returns or exchanges if necessary Stay updated with Product Updates, Industry News, and Sales Techniques through training programs, workshops, and self-learning to enhance professional skills and effectiveness What we&aposre looking for Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Technical Sales or Account Management role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing/ manufacturing industry Strong technical background with a deep understanding of relevant Products and Solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective relationship building and solution-oriented selling Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling customer proposals Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer challenges Bachelor&aposs degree in a Technical or Engineering Field , or equivalent relevant experience A Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia .
