- Plan and execute media strategies for media communication and engagement with the objectives of fostering and sustaining effective relations
- Garner positive and favourable coverage for Group that help influence and shape opinion in support of business objectives and value propositions inline with the corporate strategy
- Develop, plan and execute the implementation of stakeholder engagements, mitigation plan, and advisory to internal and external stakeholder
- Support and execute the media plans and strategies followed with media monitoring, track and evaluate the effectiveness of media initiatives to continue shaping a positive perception of the Group while supporting brand awareness through the media
- Support and execute media communications operations (e.g. press releases) to proactively disseminate the Group's key messages, as well as responding with pace and efficiency to address current issues, crises, and incidents
- Support and execute strategic collaborations and engagements with key media stakeholders to build and sustain effective relationships
- Support and execute the development of key messages of communications materials (speeches, video scripts, special messages, etc.) for company leaders/spokesperson as well as those that are disseminated via various internal/external communications channel
- Conduct stakeholder identifications, profiling & mapping, benchmarking to The Group Stakeholder Management Guidelines, and providing an integrated and comprehensive stakeholder database for an effective stakeholder engagement
- Assess, execute, and monitor end-to-end stakeholder contributions management, strengthening relationship with key stakeholder in ensuring KLCC Group reputation management, and strong brand positioning
- Execute stakeholder activations monitoring and reporting utilizing stakeholder management tools, conduct gap analysis, and recommend mitigations, ensuring line of sight of stakeholder activations group-wide for continuous improvement
- Develop stakeholder contribution guiding principles (roles and responsibilities, processes, requirements, methodology) and conduct periodic review of stakeholder contribution governance (framework/guidelines, procedures, and tools) for KLCC Group
- Design and develop Level 3 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through identifying key business areas, benchmarking of best practices and aligning with The Group Stakeholder Management Guideline
- Years of Experience: Fresh graduates in related discipline are welcomed. Candidates with 3-6 years of working experience with at least 3 years in related discipline / industry will be an added advantage
- Domain Experience: Experience in stakeholder management including planning, scheduling, and program execution is an added advantage. Experience in PETRONAS business operations / projects is an added advantage
- A corporate communications/journalist professional with good writing skills
- A background / exposure in handling communications for public listed/ highly visible organisation
- Familiar with public listed requirements and experienced in delivering projects in this area
- Has media management and media liaison experience
- Critical thinking, good writing and research skills, curiosity, resourcefulness, planning and problem-solving skills
- Confidence and strong communications skills to work with colleagues across all levels of the organisation as well as with members of the local and regional media and other stakeholders as necessary
- Ability to work in an agile environment
