Senior Executive, Media & Promotions

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, promotions, or event management.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital analytics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of branding.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.

• Take charge of the company's digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content to boost online presence and brand awareness.
• Monitor page performance, analyze traffic and engagement data, and prepare reports to improve strategies.
• Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive audience reach and conversions.
• Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.

• Plan, organize, and execute company promotions, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to ensure promotions align with company objectives.
• Oversee event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle on-site event coordination, including branding, set-up, and promotional materials.
• Evaluate promotion and event outcomes, preparing post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.

• Liaise with designers, creative agencies, event companies, and system providers to develop effective marketing materials and solutions.
