Job Responsibility We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, Media & Promotions . Key Responsibilities As our Senior Executive, Media & Promotions, you will be responsible for: Digital Media Management Take charge of the company s digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.). Plan, create, and publish engaging content to boost online presence and brand awareness. Monitor page performance, analyze traffic and engagement data, and prepare reports to improve strategies. Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive audience reach and conversions. Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives. Event & Promotion Coordination Plan, organize, and execute company promotions, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaigns. Work with internal teams to ensure promotions align with company objectives. Oversee event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution. Handle on-site event coordination, including branding, set-up, and promotional materials. Evaluate promotion and event outcomes, preparing post-event reports and recommendations for improvements. External Parties & Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with designers, creative agencies, event companies, and system providers to develop effective marketing materials and solutions. Coordinate with media partners, advertising agencies, and digital platforms for promotional activities. Work with ag Job Requirements Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, promotions, or event management. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Chinese. Strong understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital analytics. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of branding.
