Company Description Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd is the franchisor of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP), an Islamic-English-Creative preschool program that focuses on helping children realize their spiritual, cognitive, socio-emotional, and physical potential. TLCP provides training, branding, and business support for kindergarten businesses, with proven creative methodologies for teaching foundational skills. Role Description This is a contract role for a Head of Marketing and Branding at Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd. This position is located on-site in Shah Alam. The responsibilities as per below: Responsibility: 1. Marketing Strategy & Annual Campaigns Develop the Annual Marketing Masterplan, aligning with corporate strategy, LIFE25 initiatives, and product launches. Formulate clear target audiences, value propositions, and campaign timelines across business units. Translate LCISB's mission and Islamic values into relatable and marketable narratives for parents and public. 2. Social Media & Digital Marketing (Bold Presence 2025) Lead LCISB's Bold Social Media Presence Project with Sentap Press, overseeing: Editorial planning Approval of themes & key messages Monthly performance tracking (views, engagement, conversions) Collaborate with Multimedia Team for TikTok/IG/FB content creation. Manage digital advertising (Meta Ads, YouTube, Google Display, TikTok Ads). Ensure LCISB reaches 1 million views/month through impactful and value-driven content. 3. LIFE25 Campaign Management Be the campaign leader for LIFE25 (Little Caliphs Initiative for Full Enrollment): Coordinate marketing components of the campaign with HODs, franchisees, and EduHub Design and execute Open Day materials, referral systems, Early Bird packs, and lead funnel optimization. Drive awareness and registration through planned advertising pushes. 4. Franchisee & Enrolment Support Develop and distribute marketing toolkits for all TLCP and TLCP Playschool franchisees. Provide branding guidelines, sample visuals, and event marketing materials. Conduct basic marketing training for new franchisees and operators. 5. Product Marketing (KIDZORI, Merchandise, Evergreen Books) Plan and launch campaigns for digital apps (e.g. KIDZORI), books, and educational kits. Manage go-to-market launches and coordinate with SBU teams to boost visibility and conversions. 6. Analytics, Budgeting & Performance Reporting Develop monthly marketing KPIs dashboard (leads, enrolment conversions, digital reach, ROI). Manage and track marketing budget (including RM250,000 for Sentap Press project). Provide quarterly reporting to CEO with strategic insights and proposed improvements. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development and strategic planning. Previous experience in a leadership role is highly desirable. Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Previous experience in the education or childcare sector is a plus Benefit Starting salary up RM4,000 per month based on experience.
