What would you be doing: Assist in strategizing and executing communication plans including identifying, developing, and crafting key messages and objectives for campaigns and events for the organisation. Assist in monitoring and reporting on digital platforms' performance and analytics. Assist in social media communications and content planning. Support in development and content review for corporate materials (not limited to digital materials). Assist to manage and coordinate (public relations, media monitoring, media buy and, where applicable, digital and social media listening) for various corporate initiatives. Support end-to-end production of the organisation's corporate newsletter, Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment messaging, campaigns and content that attract high-performing, purpose-driven talent. Assist in organising and facilitating team engagement initiatives and activities. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in digital marketing/mass communications or related field Minimum 4-5 years experience in a related role, preferably in the branding/communications field. Experience in a branding or advertising agency is an added advantage. Video editing experience, specifically for social media format (e.g: TikTok, IG Reels, etc.) In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Proven experience in conducting market research and developing an understanding of the target audience to create content that resonates with them and the ability to analyse social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to effectively convey the brand message and engage with the audience across various social media channels. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading & writing) as clients are Mandarin-speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with attention to detail and teamwork mentality.
