Job Purpose: This role is key in attracting top talent, enhancing employee experience, strengthening our employer brand, and supporting HR digital transformation. Beyond meeting hiring needs, the position drives long-term impact by building talent capabilities, fostering engagement, and championing a positive, high-performance culture. Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce needs. Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and assessments to negotiations and onboarding. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey at every touchpoint. 2. Employee Engagement: Support and execute engagement programs that enhance employee experience, motivation, and retention. Collaborate with stakeholders to design initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and recognition. Gather employee feedback and leverage insights to improve engagement strategies. 3. Employer Branding: Lead campaigns and initiatives to position Holiday Tours as an employer of choice. Strengthen the company's digital and social media presence with authentic, engaging content. Highlight company culture, employee success stories, and organizational values through branding activities. 4. HR Digitalization (Hiring & Engagement Modules): Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance recruitment and engagement processes. Partner with ICT and HR to implement tools that drive efficiency and improve user experience. 5. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultative support. Build strong relationships with candidates, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders. 6. Report & Compliance: Track, analyze, and present recruitment and engagement metrics to leadership. Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. 7. People & Culture Advocacy: Act as a culture champion, embedding organizational values across all initiatives. Support broader People & Culture programs in talent development, employee experience, and culture-building. 8. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 4-7 years in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition, plus exposure to Engagement and Employer Branding. Leadership experience (formal or informal) is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
