The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for open positions within the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, providing exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.Conduct research to identify and engage potential candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.Support recruitment administration, including updating applicant records, tracking progress, and preparing recruitment reports.Contribute to employer branding activities such as career fairs and campus recruitment events.Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team on projects and ad-hoc initiatives.REQUIREMENTSCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Interest and enthusiasm in recruitment, employer branding, and building a career in talent acquisition.
