Why does this job exist and why is it critical The Talent Acquisition Intern will support key recruitment processes - from screening applications to candidate communications - ensuring a smooth and timely hiring journey. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. What are you accountable for Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for various internship and entry-level roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates and answering basic queries on their application status. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate records and recruitment progress. Provide general operational support in recruitment-related activities as needed. Who are we looking for Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. Outspoken, confident, and passionate about people engagement and talent experience. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
